Hello

My name is Gohar Avetisyan, I received my Bachelor Degree in Accounting from Liberty University and have been working as an Accountant and Financial Analyst for both private and public sectors for over seven years. I decided to use my education and my experience to start my own bookkeeping business and help small and medium business owners become stress free and financially successful. I hold both Xero and Quickbooks certifications and offer individualized buisness analysis to help my clients lower their costs while increasing their profits. GoGo Bookkeeping wants to help you get organized and manage your day-to-day operations stress free. Having accurate financial information at your fingertips is crucial in operating your business on a daily basis.

My Story

As I mentioned, I am Gohar, the CEO of GoGo Bookkeeping, I Immigrated to United States when I was 14 from a small country called Armenia. I graduated high school in the U.S. and went to college and got my Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies. I than went to Liberty University to continue my education and got my undergraduate degree in Accounting. I am married, and have three wonderful children. I live in Palmdale California with my family. I have worked for a local school district as an accountant and also worked for our local municipality (city) as a Senior Financial Analyst. I have been a bookkeeper for about five years and learned my trade by combination of education, work history and helping my husband doing bookkeeping for his business.

I live by one rule in my life, to put God first in everything. I seek his kingdom and his righteousness in all things, including running my business. One of many of my favorite Bible verse is:

"The integrity of the upright guides them, but the unfaithful are destroyed by their duplicity" Proverbs 11:3.
